WOD time: 30:55 (modified it to 10 KTEs per round. They were partial KTEs - can't get my knees all the way to my elbows yet.)

185x5, 215x5, 245x7 (not too shabby for having a headsplitting hangover)

12:04 (~380m run, 15 sit-ups instead of KTE). My hams are now screaming "WTF Joe!"
