Complete 2 Rounds of the following:
Pull-ups, 30 seconds
Rest 30 seconds
Push-ups, 30 seconds
Rest 30 seconds
Squats, 30 seconds
Rest 30 seconds

Rest 2 minutes and repeat the above one more time
