This might need a name.

Perform a max set of push-ups, then rest 1 min

Do Tabata Air Squats (20 on, 10 off x8)

Rest 1 min, then perform a max set of push-ups.



Tabata Intervals - For twenty seconds do as many reps of the assigned exercse as you can - then rest 10 seconds.
Repeat this seven more times for a total of 8 intervals, 4 minutes total exercise.

The score is the total number of reps for all sixteen intervals.

Regular pushups: 15 beginning, 15 end. My regular pushups are really bad and I don't feel that I am getting down low enough, and that other folks at the gym are laughing at my sad attempts!

Squats: 12-12-10-10-9-10-8-9
I focused on going as low as I could. I also botched the first round and did not hear the watch beep. So, a completely successful workout!
