10 Dumbbell Swings (12-15)
10 Walking Lunges
5 Pull-Ups

If you don't have anywhere to do pull-ups sub in 7 push-ups (men's no mod's!)

Time 7:55 and then did an extra round. Used 15lb. Next should try 35lb and use for lunges also.
