12x2 @80% 1rm max 60 seconds rest
(or 88% of your best set from Monday)

Complete three rounds of the following for time.
50 pounds Dumbbell Powersnatch, 50 reps
50 pound weight Lunge, 50 feet
Bear crawl 50 feet.
