Back Squat

5-5-5

Complete as many rounds in 12 minutes as you can of:
20 inch Box Jump, 15 reps
45 pound Push Press, 10 reps
10 Pull-ups

warm up:35x8, 45x6, 55x4, 65x2
work: 75x5, 80x3, 85x2

Complete as many rounds in 12 minutes as you can of:
16 inch Box Jump,15reps
15 pound bar Push Press, 10 reps
10 Pull-ups

4 rounds
+15 box, 10 press, 4 body rows, and 8 busted knuckles!

BS warm: 35x8, 45x6, 55x4, 65x2
BS work: 75x5, 75x5, 75x5 (stayed at this weight due to knee pain from past few days & difficulty with squats)
NOTE: previous PRs 80x5 and 85x3

5 rounds in 12 minutes:
9.5 inch Box Jump, 15 reps
10# dumbbells Push Press, 10 reps
10 Pull-ups (body rows)

was able to do a few 12in box jumps after workout practice at lower depth
