100 ft Walking lunge, carrying 30 pound dumbbells
24 inch Box Jump, 30 reps
30 pound Weighted pull-ups, 20 reps

did 1 set of 100 ft lunges with body weight only, practiced box jumps and jumps on floor
took mental health break and did not do WOD
