Total Wall-ball: 59
Overall Total: 121

SP warmup: 45x6, 50x4, 60x2
SP Work: 65x3 (PR), 70 fail

Alternate the following two exercises using Tabata interval timing for a total of 16 rounds of work. Score is the total number of reps.

Box Jump 12": 3+1+3+0+3+4+4+1 = 19
Wall-ball, 10 pound ball, 8 ft target: 5+7+4+3+4+5+5+5 = 38
Overall total = 57

NOTE: still having mental trouble with box jumps

Sub=Step up on bench 67/2=33.5
Sub=Thrusters @25lb bar 65

Total =132-33.5= total of 98.50

Press 55x55x55

staff sargent JOE says that the bench step ups count as 1/2
