5 sets of 1/2 of a 200m run at a slow pace, and 15 reps of overhead squats with a Barbie-Goes-To-The-Gym Bar

Finished in 10:35 or something like that. Mental fog. Drove down the street, parked the truck and called a cab for a ride home.

My body is now only 42% water. The rest is on the garage floor.

at the other gym...Kris, I did push ups in the warm up...happy?

Nancy:
5 rounds of 400 meters (.25 mi on treadmill) run...running was easier on the treadmill

YEAH KAREN, =kick= his butt.

Nice work throwing in the push-ups!

Treadmill running =is= easier, mainly because it tends to pull you along.
Next time you can try using a 1% incline to simulate outdoor running.

Jim, let me know if you're going to do that again anytime soon. That way I can get my flood coverage increased

I did do 1% incline! You mentioned it once, I guess it stuck.
