subbed presses for overhead squats (due to knee pain)
tried to get wider grip on bar
15x5, 25x5, 30x3, 35x3, 40x3

knees were hurting pretty bad, even getting up & down from floor & doing situps

15x5, Failed at 35lbs.
Several sets (without weight and with blue PVC) with heels elevated for depth work

2 rounds 30 sit-ups - 20 anterior reaches
2 rounds 15 sit-ups - 20 anterior reaches
It took a long time.
