Front Levers

"Barbara"

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

modified squat to widen stance, increase depth

practiced active shoulders

5 Pull-ups (red band, last round rings)
10 Push-ups on floor (depth needed work)
15 Sit-ups
20 Squats (depth needs work but got better)
5 min work + rest total each round
