Complete three rounds of the following for time:

    40 pound Dumbbells split clean, 15 reps
    21 Pull-ups

Post loads and time to rounds

crowded gym this morning, did 8 minute AMRAP: 5 40lb DB Thrusters, 5 burpees. 8 rounds

had some studying energy to work off so did C+J, got up to 205, mentally psyched out at 215.

Finished the WOD in 16:00 with 25#
Used blue band for 2 sets of PU and green for the last.
