Each team start with an equal sum of dumbbells at the opposite end of an 80 meter course.
Each team may move thier dumbbells to the other teams area in one of two methods.

Overhead Dumbbell Lunges
Farmers walks

Team MUST alternate methods and only half of the team may work at any time. Any running while farmers walking is an immedate 10 burpee penatly for the whole team and you must return the weight to your area.

The team with the least about of weight at the end of 25 minutes is the winner.
