Three rounds, 21-15- and 9 reps, for time of:

Push-ups
Sit-ups
Air Squats

It took me 8:30, but I did all regular push-ups. I had to rest quite a bit, but I did it.

Spaced and only did 8 reps for each on last set :-(
pushups: 11 regular (left shoulder hurt), 10 bench, 5 regular, 10 bench, 8 regular

6:50, but I forgot to bring my stopwatch to NH, so it may not be exact.

Of the pushups, I did 10 regular in the first round and the remainder modified, then 2nd round 5 regular/10 modified, and 3rd round all modified. It's not getting easier as quickly as I hoped!
