Do the following

Burgener Warm-up 10 mintues

50 reps Overhead Squat with a broomstick or PVC

Burgener Warm-up 5 mintues

Backsquat 5 - 5 - 5

no snatch - did alternate
back squat warmup 15 x 8 (widened grip after 4)
25 x 4 hands just outside line
workout 35 lbs
