BS 50-50-50 with new grip (wrist straighter, no thumb around bar, lower on back. this really hurt left shoulder
OS with PVC just tried to stay upright

Back and Hip a mess. Tried running a 5k Saturday.
3Xwarmups
8lb bar 3reps 5X not too well. Had trouble staying up. Not flexible at all.
Backsquats 85X5X3.
Practiced 10 front squats with 45lb bar.
