Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 20 minutes.

Front Squat, 4 reps
  Rest 10 seconds
Back Squat, Max reps
  Rest 30 seconds
Ex-rom Handstand Push-ups, 4reps
  Rest 10 seconds
1 hand DB press, max reps L/R
  Rest 30 seconds

190# for the Squats

HSPU on 2x 45# plates with an abmat
35# thick dumbbell for presses

Went easy on squats, was felling the beginning of the week
