Skill: Tire Flipping review.
Team WoD:
Tire Flip/Sit-up Team One does as many situps as possible while Team 2 moves a tire 100 feet by flipping it. Upon completing the 100 foot distance the teams switch positions. Sit-ups are to be performed shoulder blades to floor and elbows to knees, you may not used weights to anchor your feet. Ab-mats are optional. The team with the most sit-ups at the end of 18 minutes wins.
