With a partner, complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 25 minutes.




10 Pull-ups
20" Box Jumps, 20 reps
30 Sit-ups
Bear crawl, 100 feet


You may subdivide all the work each round between team members except the Bear Crawls. Everyone must finish the bear crawl to complete the round.
