Skills: Handstands

Complete as many rounds of the follow as possible in 20 minutes
15 Goblet squats, 50 pound Dumbbell
10 Ring push-ups
5 L- pull-ups

Pretty much hate anything with pull ups and push ups right now...

6 rounds @ 35# with blue band and 30 second planks
(I broke a pec muscle.)

9+6 - felt like I had too much wasted time between moving and screwing around with writing stuff down. Should have had 10 rounds.
