Pretty much hate anything with pull ups and push ups right now...6 rounds @ 35# with blue band and 30 second planks(I broke a pec muscle.)
9+6 - felt like I had too much wasted time between moving and screwing around with writing stuff down. Should have had 10 rounds.
Rx: 10 rounds +1
8+9, sub normal PU for ring PU, HSPU for pullups
