Pullups

Do CFWU 2x with out the pull ups then the following.

Weighted Pull-ups 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

Post loads and bodyweight to comments.

Be sure to use the gravatron and rest all you want between reps.

2. 145-70=75
3. 145-55=90
4. No go on 40
5-11. 145-55=90

Notes: Older gentleman working out nearby looked at me as if I were insane doing individual pull ups!

Women's locker room was playing "Thriller" video. This is at least the 4th time this month.

All in all, pretty good. Arms hurt (what's new?). Had 10 minutes for elliptical.
