Post time and loads to comments
so you want to
run 200m then do 12 SDHP then 12 pull-ups
run 100m then do 9 SDHP then 9 pull-ups
run 50m then do 6 SDHP then 6 pull-ups
Sub Body rows or Gravatron for pull-ups

I am falling apart: the knee hurts, the back hurts, blah blah blah. So, I did the warmup x 3 and a little time on the elliptical machine. I haven't mastered the SDHP yet; didn't want to do that by myself. After missing a week, I already see a drop off on what I can do--reps of 10 or 12 and not 15.
