Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups

Ann and I did squats with the 45 lb bar - 3 sets of 5 - dead lifts with the 45 lb bar - 2 sets of 5 - and presses with the 45 lb bar - 2 sets of 3. Still learning the technique, so it was a bit awkward.
