10 rounds, extra 5 pull-upsI did 10 regular push-ups to start. Rounds 2-5, I did 5 regular push-ups each round, the other 5 off of my coffee table. Rounds 6-10, I did 2 regular push-ups and 8 off of my coffee table. I was completely drenched when done.
