Complete as many rounds in 12 minutes as you can of:

8 Dumbbell presses
8 Push-ups

After doing 100 pushups on Tuesday, I wasn't sure how well I would do. I did 8 rounds in 12 minutes using 8 lb dumbbells and doing my pushups off of the bar (I did the first 8 the regular way). Last time, I only completed 6 rounds using the same weight and all pushups were off of the bar.

Getting better, but I'm extremely sore already.
