Tabata Trio

Do Tabata sets of the following

* Push-ups
* Sit-ups
* AirSquats

Tabata Intervals - For 20 seconds do as many reps of the assigned exercse as you can - then rest 10 seconds.
Repeat this seven more times for a total of 8 intervals, 4 minutes total per exercise.

The score is the total number of reps for all twenty four intervals.

I ran today at lunch with Roberta. (I did the Tabata Trio last night). We did the 3.6 mile loop in 42 minutes. It was 95 degrees out, but we actually jogged until 1/3 of the way up the BIG hill!!!!
