Do CFWU 2x without the dips then the following.
Weighted dips 5-5-5-5-5 reps
Post loads and bodyweight to comments.
Be sure to use the gravatron and rest all you want between reps.
If you don't need the gravatron, holding a dumbbell between your feet works great for added resistance.
Practice Handstands against the wall, Total 2 mins inverted.

Did 1st 3 of reps without push off and following with 2 push offs.
5 sets at lunch and 30extra situps
after work did 2.2 miles in 20 min and walked at incline of 5 for 10 min.

used dip station with feet on ground. dipped as low as possible
