Body weight bench press
Pull-ups

rest

Back Squat 5 - 5 - 5

Post reps for bench press and pull-ups in all rounds also post Back Squat loads.

push ups 9-8-7
body rows 18-17-15
BS practice: 8x20,6x30,4x40,2x50
workout 50-50-50 (didn't push it on weight increase bec of knee problems)
