Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 20 minutes
4 Pull-ups
8 Ring Dips
16 Lunges
Add 30 pounds to your body weight any way you choose, dumbbell, vest ect.

Body rows, dips with black band, 15#(x2) DB lunges
9 rounds + 4 body rows
6+4+7 - dips were killer with the extra weight
