Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 20 minutes.

Front Squat, 4 reps
Back Squat, Max reps
Exrom HSPU, 4reps
1h DB press, max reps L/R

Rest 10 seconds before each max rep exercise.
Rest 30 seconds after each max rep exercise.
Your score is the total reps completed.
