Accumulate 2 minutes of the following:
Close grip supinated hangs

Skill: Planche Split 60s

7 rounds
Pull-up
Pushup
Squat
Rest

In this workout you move from each of three stations after 30 second .The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On the call of  "rotate", the athletes must move to next station
immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep.
