8 Push-ups

12 rounds plus 1 extra set of presses

press with 12 lb dumbells
pushups on "high" bench due to wrist and shoulder issues

14 rounds with 10lb dumbells
regular pushups.

The last round was very pathetic, maybe it should count as a half.
